At Maxx7Designs, your satisfaction is our priority. Because we work with multiple dropship suppliers, our return process varies by item and situation.

Items Under $30 We offer a full refund or replacement — no return required. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Items Over $30 Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will provide instructions. Return shipping costs may apply.

Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you. No return necessary.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned after 7 days of delivery
• Items showing signs of use or damage not caused by shipping
